These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and tg44 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at tg44.ws. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the tg44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players via the platform where reasonably practicable. tg44 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability, including losses arising from an inability to place a bet, close a position, or withdraw funds during such a period.
